Let's go with 11 pitchers instead of 12...

It makes perfect sense to go with 11 pitchers instead of 12.

Send Nagy to the Minors for more work, and replace his position on the squad with Karim Garcia, who appears to be on the bubble.

Nagy has not earned his way onto the team, and frankly, we can get by with 11 pitchers. The only reason we have needed 12 in the past has been because of the unpredictability of our starters.

It appears we will have five stable-starters, so lets go with 11 pitchers out of camp, Nagy "rehabs" some more in the minors, then we use the first month of the season to see who can hit major league pitching and who can't.

I have always felt that 11 is enough to start the season, what with off-days and rainouts.
Sorry I didnt see this before I posted the Nagy article. It would have fit here. I also would like to see Garcia make the team and a retirement deal worked out with Charlie.
